Research
The establishment of the EICP has for the first time given the emergent corporate publishing industry a structure that seeks to give these vital core subjects a firm academic footing. Issues that are already a matter of course in established communications disciplines will in future be dealt with by Europe’s first ever corporate publishing institute.
- Planning, implementation and placement of proprietary research projects (market studies, industry studies, analyses of subsegments and specific publications)
- Conceptual design and implementation of research assignments
- Positioning of the discipline of “corporate publishing” within the business, media and communications sciences as a subject that warrants research
- Knowledge transfer from research into practice
- Regular exchanges of opinions and panel discussions between members of the Academic Consultative Committee and other experts
- Establishment of interdisciplinary and international study groups
