CP Barometer: increasing importance of employee communication
Employee communication media are playing an increasingly important role in the corporate publishing world. This is the conclusion reached by the second CP Barometer, published by the European Institute for Corporate Publishing (EICP). More than two-thirds of companies and more than three-quarters of the service providers surveyed rate corporate publishing as absolutely critical to employee communication. 82 percent of companies stated that corporate publishing products are a highly appropriate means of communicating with employees and ensuring employee retention.
